Rosie is dedicated to working with people in pain, whether that is acute injury support with assessment, treatment and a full rehab programme, or those in chronic pain; who may have lived with their pain for years and assumed that ‘this is just how it is’.
Rosie has lived with, and recovered from, acute sports injuries and chronic knee pain and has lived experience of the frustrations of navigating the medical system for treatment, which is why the biopsychosocial model is so important in the way they work. Treating the whole person, not just their tissues, is vital for long term, meaningful pain relief and management.
Rosie is a specialist in The Jing Method: clinical massage therapy and operates a truly non judgemental clinic policy. Arrive as your authentic self and know that you are safe, supported and believed.
Rosie’s background is in social work and social care, personal training and sports coaching amongst many other endeavours. Being ‘neuro-spicy’, Rosie is also keen to make any adjustments needed for those who may need reduced light, noise or differing levels of pressure; ultimately this space and this treatment is completely unique for YOU- there is no one size fits all!
I welcome clients from any and all backgrounds, no person should be living in pain!
