As an Advanced Clinical Massage and Sports Therapist, I aim to bring people back home into their bodies and a place of comfort and ease. Using the combination of specialist manual therapy techniques, implementable movement and rehabilitation strategies, and education around the interplay of our bodies, minds, and nervous systems, I hope to empower the people I work with to take control of their health and well-being.
I understand that pain is multi-faceted and believe wholly in using the biopsychosocial approach to unravel the puzzle of your pain. I intend to get to the root causes of your pain so that the results we obtain together in our clinical massage treatments have longevity beyond what we do on the massage table.
Emma Wall – Advanced Clinical Massage and Sports Therapist
Being also trained as a Yoga Therapist, I have a background in Eastern health practices such as Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. This means that my methods are informed heavily by the most up-to-date Western medical research but with the integration of Eastern modalities into my massage treatments.
