My initial training began with Swedish Massage, but the desire to give great outcome based treatments led me to continue training and developing as a therapist. Each treatment is completely tailored to the clients needs, whether for pure relaxation, anxiety/stress release, chronic pain conditions, postural imbalance or sport and lifestyle injury.
I work with the Jing teaching of a listening touch, understanding of the link between mind and body, use of a combination of advanced massage techniques and always passion and integrity.
