Horse rider specialist but can and do work with anyone suffering from pain or wishing to improve athletic performance, using a variety of massage techniques including Myofascial Release, specialised stretches and trigger point therapy alongside movement analysis and coaching. Riders are also welcome to utilise the riding simulator as part of their treatment plan or have their horse treated too.
