My name is Natalie, and I am an Advanced Clinical massage Therapist based at the Waterloo Body Station, located just a five minute walk from London Waterloo train station. I specialise in helping get people out of pain through treatments that are targeted, effective and also a joy to receive.
My work uses a combination of deep tissue, trigger point work, myofascial release, advanced stretching and a variety of other advanced techniques to relieve pain, restore movement and improve function by addressing muscle imbalances around the joints.
Every treatment is intense, specific, deeply relaxing and tailored to the individual.
I received my training at the Jing Institute in Brighton, where I am currently pursuing a three year BTEC Level 6 diploma in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage. Before my transition into manual therapy, I graduated from Imperial College London with a B.Sc. in Biology and spent almost a decade in journalism writing about the environment, science and the arts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
