Laura is a keen sportswoman, she discovered massage and Pilates whilst seeking a remedy for a re-occurring sports injury. As well as being a fully qualified Pilates instructor (studio & mat), she has been practicing as a qualified sports and remedial massage therapist for 6 years. Earlier on in her career she worked at Champneys Health Resort and has since set up her own practice in her home town of Beaconsfield
She tailors the massage to meet each individual requirements and specialises in Myofascial Release, advanced clinical, sports & Remedial and Hot stones.
Laura is truly passionate and dedicated to helping people stay healthy and maintain a good level of fitness. She takes pride in giving direct, 100% hands on treatment.
