I am a qualified & insured clinical and holistic massage therapist and reflexologist based in Barton-on-Sea, Hampshire. I work from an established private practice in my home. I completed my original holistic training 6 years ago, but soon discovered a whole new world of massage when I was introduced to the Jing Institute realising the full potential of how massage can help people with pain conditions, whether it be low back pain or a stiff neck, migraines and headaches, shoulder problems or just helping clients with tired aching muscles. I have since qualified with the Jing Institute as an Advanced Clinical Massage Practitioner and am currently working on the BTEC Level 6 Diploma in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage.
My treatments are all very individual focusing on the client and their needs, whether that be pain as mentioned, or stress relief in more worrying times. It doesn’t matter if you are booked for a clinical massage but on the day just want something more relaxing such as Aromatherapy or a Full Body Hot Stone Massage, I am flexible. I use a variety of methods such as deep tissue work, myofascial release, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, sports stretching, hot and cold stone massage and aromatherapy. I am also qualified in Reflexology and Pre-Natal Reflexology and run a loyalty scheme for regular clients in which I offer a variety of beauty and massage treatments.
