I am a BTEC level 6 Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist. My treatments intuitively combine a detailed anatomical understanding and wide range of soft tissue techniques to provide treatments that feel both nurturing and effective.
I work closely with my clients to identify the right treatment, creating bespoke plans that helps bring relief from symptoms within 1-6 treatments. I effectively treat most types of chronic musculoskeletal pain including; back pain, sciatica, neck pain, whiplash, migraines, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, knee pain, ligament and tendon issues. As well as systemic conditions like fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and plantar fasciitis.
