“I offer a welcoming and nurturing space for people to connect with themselves and work on their relationship with their bodies. I work with each client as an individual, focusing on their specific problems and goals. This can be anything from easing tension and reducing pain, to practising embodiment or releasing emotions from the body. I begin each session with a consultation in order to tailor the treatment. My sessions are intuitive and gentle, even if working very deeply in muscle tissue, so clients should always feel relaxed when they leave my therapy room.”
