I'm very passionate about Breath Work, Fascia and love combining these elements into my Massage. Adopting a ''whole body ''approach, it brings me joy seeing stress slip away from people. I love the Jing method as it covers all areas of the body and allows the freedom to add my own intuitive body listening skills.
With a weekly clinic in Seven Dials Brighton at Age UK plus home visits (in the comfort of your own surroundings), I can offer an initial consultation to take in your needs and how to best support you with your relaxation and wellness.
I'd love to offer you a resetting and relaxing Deep tissue massage.
In my free time I love Running, all types of Yoga, Tennis and travel.
I also love to travel with my massage and to take it to festivals and retreats.
