Treating chronic IT band syndrome with advanced soft tissue techniques for Physique: Tuesday 18th April at 11.30am-12.30pm
This dynamic and interactive online workshop will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of IT band friction syndrome, a common injury among athletes and active individuals. Participants will learn about the anatomy and biomechanics of the IT band, common causes of IT band friction syndrome, and effective treatment strategies, including whether or not to ice, trigger point therapy, stretching, strengthening, and self-massage techniques.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively manage and prevent IT band friction syndrome.

Treating rotator cuff pain with advanced massage techniques for Physique: Tuesday 18th July at 11.30am-12.30pm
This online workshop, led by Rachel Fairweather and Meghan Mari, acclaimed directors of Jing Institute of Advanced Massage, will focus on the treatment and management of rotator cuff injuries. Participants will learn about the anatomy and function of the rotator cuff, common causes of injury, and assessment techniques to accurately diagnose and treat rotator cuff injuries.

The workshop will cover a range of hands-on techniques, including fascial work, trigger point, stretching, and strengthening exercises, to help participants effectively treat rotator cuff injuries and improve the function of the shoulder joint.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently and effectively manage rotator cuff injuries in their clients.

Post herniated disc treatment for Physique: Tuesday 19th September at 11.30am-12.30pm
Join acclaimed teachers and authors, Rachel Fairweather and Meghan Mari in this dynamic and interactive online workshop. The class will provide participants with an in-depth understanding of using the biopsychosocial model to successfully treat herniated disc through manual therapy, education and self care.

The workshop will provide a range of hands-on techniques, including trigger point therapy, fascial work, pacing and pain management strategies that address the physical, psychological, and social components of herniated disc treatment.

By the end of this workshop participants will have a successful and evidence based model for treatment of herniated disc.
