Designed by an experienced physiotherapist this two day course will explore the theory and practice of effective rehabilitation, as well as how to integrate it into your clinical practice.
- Principles of rehabilitation
- Managing acute, subacute and chronic injuries
- Effective rehabilitation programmes for working with common injuries including back pain, rotator cuff problems, ligaments sprains and tendiopathies
- ROM or Mobilising exercising
- Strengthening exercises
- Therapeutic stretches
