Sydel, a long-standing member of the Jing teaching team, treats clients from her home-based practice on the Brighton and Hove border.
She has several years’ experience specialising in the treatment of clients with a wide range of chronic and acute conditions.
Sydel assesses each client on an individual basis, using her extensive knowledge, skills and hands-on experience to create bespoke treatments.
She is fully trained in:
· orthopaedic assessment
· myofascial techniques
· trigger point therapy
· soft tissue and sports massage techniques
Additionally, Sydel is qualified to carry out both Pregnancy and Hot Stone massage.
Sydel was one of the first massage therapists in the country to gain the Jing BTEC Level 6 (degree equivalent) qualification.
