I am a massage therapist and yoga teacher. I am currently studying with Jing for the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy qualification and will then proceed to do the BTEC Level 6. I qualified as a massage therapist in 2015 after being a teacher and the education manager for 25 years.

I am passionate about getting people out of pain and helping them live a healthier happier life, as part of this I teach yoga and am a qualified Yoga For Backs teacher.
In addition to my private clinical work I volunteer as a therapist with The Old Mill Foundation here in South Wales, offering complimentary therapies free of charge to those living with cancer and their partners or carers; this amazing experience has led me treat people who would usually not have come to my clinic. I have travelled to Bosnia to work with the Healing Hands Network providing massage for people suffering the effects of war.
