Based in Portslade, I’m a Clinical Massage Therapist (she/her) that specialises in the treatment of chronic pain conditions. I use a wide range of techniques, (I love using my Hot Stones!) that is tailored specifically for each individual, to achieve their desired outcome, be it pain reduction, increased range of movement, return to sport, or simply de-stress. I have been Qualified in Massage since 2010, and have been training at Jing since 2012, achieving a BTEC Level 6 in Clinical And Sports Massage in 2016.
I also specialise in Pregnancy Massage, working with scars, and people going through cancer and dementia.
