My massage treatments integrate different approaches & techniques including:
-Traditional Swedish massage and deep massage strokes
-Acupressure
-Myofascial Release (restoring function & mobility where connective tissue, or fascia, has become rigid)
-Trigger point work (relieving ‘muscular knots’)
-Soft tissue release and Stretching (to restore elasticity to muscle fibres)
-Teaching you relevant self-care e.g. exercises or stretches
-Aromatherapy, the skilled use of essential oils with different properties (e.g. analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-depressant)
-Specialised pregnancy massage and aromatherapy
On-site massage
I also provide Seated Acupressure Massage or couch based treatments on-site in a range of company and organisational settings.
