improve the wellbeing of people who have chronic pain, injury, aches & pains, stress, trauma and mobility issues. I offer deep tissue/sports massage, advanced clinical massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, advanced reflexology & energy healing from two different spaces on the seafront in Hove.
