I offer a variety of treatments for your health and wellbeing. I am fully qualified in Advanced Clinical Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Pregnancy Reflexology, Natural Facelift Massage, Reiki. I cater for a variety of needs whether that’s for releasing tight muscles, managing chronic pain or for pure relaxation. As a therapist we learn each therapy and technique separately, however the techniques do not have to be used in isolation, in my treatments I can offer a blend of these techniques. Each client is an individual and as such I choose the techniques that I use based on individual needs, for example you may want an Aromatherapy Massage but have muscular areas that need releasing so would benefit from some Advanced Clinical Massage techniques added in.
