Massage is a powerful tool. It can help relax and rid stress. Bodywork can help improve range of motion and relieve pain. Regular massages are an integral part of looking after your health and self-care.

I love being able to offer a range of techniques (not limited to) Holistic & Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Soft Tissue Release, Sports Techniques, and Assisted Stretching (Passive, PNF & AIS) in your massage treatment. Each massage is tailored to your current specific needs.

I am a believer in taking a holistic approach to healing. Through my practice, I promote well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy. Each session at Knotsology is tailored for your specific needs. I am trained in various massage types and techniques, and will listen to your needs and your body to give a massage best for that session.

I use an outcome-oriented approach to increase range of motion, reduce or rid you of musculoskeletal pain, and promote positive psychological effects of bodywork and touch. I combine eastern and western techniques as your complementary health practitioner aka 'Knotsologist'.

I am a Massage Therapist in Bath, England, trained by the international renowned Jing Massage school. I started my journey of using massage on clients in 2004 as a cosmetologist in the USA. In 2019 I decided to work towards the BTEC level 6 in massage therapy. I have completed my first year of BTEC and to receive my professional diploma from Jing Advanced Massage school in Brighton, England in 2022. If I am not in the clinic in Bath, more than likely I am training and taking further CPD courses to be able to offer you the best experience in your massage treatments.

I also use the Jing Method™, a partnership between patient and practitioner where a six session treatment plan is designed to increase your mobility, agility, and joint range of motion (ROM), whilst focusing on decreasing your daily pain. It blends the best of advanced bodywork techniques from both East and West including trigger point, fascial work, acupressure and stretching with a truly holistic approach based on the biopsychosocial model of pain and modern neuroscience.
