I am an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, based in Edinburgh and Loanhead, so whether you want treatment for a chronic pain condition, stress relief or just simply need a relaxing massage then I have the experience and skills to tailor a treatment plan to suit your specific needs. I specialize in trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone fusion and sports stretching. I am also a practitioner in Aromatherapy, Hopi ear candling and Reiki. I tutor for Adult Education classes and work within the NHS as a complementary therapist within an abstinence program.
I have successfully helped clients with a diverse range of conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, ME, EDS, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica, pregnancy, stress and anxiety and received positive feedback from clients on the benefits they have received from treatment and on my range of techniques and ability to focus on their particular area of pain or discomfort.
I’ve been working as a therapist since 2001 when I gained my ITEC Dip. in body massage, aromatherapy, anatomy and physiology. Since becoming a Jing student in 2008 I have continued studying new techniques and have attained certificates in advanced musculoskeletal anatomy (2017) and advanced clinical massage (2018).
