  • Effective assessment tools to help attain a differential diagnosis.
  • Effective Physiotherapy Mobilisation and accessory techniques to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, relieve stiffness and help restore normal movement and healing to the musculoskeletal system
  • Special Testing; including how to assess for neurological weakness using reflex testing and assessing dermatomes and myotomes
  • Rehab exercises for the lumbar spine; learning which exercises are the most appropriate to prescribe in terms of strengthening or stabilisation, increasing range of movement and or using neural glides to mobilise the neural tissue.

This course will explore the common problem area of low back and lumbar spine so will be a useful adjunct tool for treating pathologies such as herniated disc, sciatica, low back pain and many more common client complaints in this area.
