£25-30K plus sales bonus
Office hours based in Brighton (some flexibility needed as occasional evening or weekend working may be required)
Initial 6 month contract subject to review towards permanent role

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to lead our income generation and digital expansion strategy. You will also be the major student sales and communications liaison at Jing Advanced Massage and training.

Jing is an internationally renowned educational institution founded in 2001. It is the largest of its kind in the UK and Europe. Serving over 20,000 massage therapists, physiotherapists, osteopaths and midwives. Jing offers the only UK degree in massage therapy written and delivered by its founders. We deliver online and in-person courses geared toward complementary medical professionals in the area of clinical massage, pathology, musculoskeletal anatomy, and several diverse CPD courses.

We are looking for a strong candidate to lead all sales, marketing strategies and support our students through their journey. You have to love people and have a real passion for supporting people to achieve their dreams through education, particularly non-traditional students.

This is a creative, demanding, engaging role that is highly diverse.

Main Duties

· Create annual and 5-year expansion strategy
· Oversee and execute all annual sales targets – hands-on and digital courses including a membership site
· Report to directors on weekly/ monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets
· Lead generation and prospecting
· Be both manager and direct sales contact.
· Plan promotions and problem solve supportive technology through website and accounting software.
· Student support liaison- booking and keeping students on courses, dealing with all student scheduling, cancellations, and rebooking- 1st line of communication
· Overseeing website, social media, and brand awareness
· Creating digital content and communication
· Daily posting on Social Media – create content and all client communications
· Report to Directors re: projects sales targets and all relevant communications
· Liaise with stakeholders and create partnership opportunities
· Manage team of freelancers and work with the management team
